Description
Domestic Inquiry is more than a procedural exercise. When handled poorly, even seemingly straightforward misconduct cases can collapse under Industrial Court scrutiny — exposing organisations to reinstatement orders, compensation awards, and prolonged disputes. This practical masterclass is designed to bridge the gap between legal principles and real-world execution.
Led by former Industrial Court Chairman, Mr Peter Raj, participants will gain practical insight into:
• drafting defensible show cause letters and charges
• conducting a fair and structured inquiry process
• managing evidence and witness handling
• understanding how Domestic Inquiry decisions are assessed at the Industrial Court
The session will feature a guided live simulation, allowing participants to experience how a Domestic Inquiry unfolds in practice.
