Kenneth Foo is a Chartered Governance Professional and Chartered Secretary and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, corporate governance, corporate advisory solutions and consultation. He was a former council member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) which is an integral part of the Chartered Governance Institute, United Kingdom. Kenneth was also an adjunct lecturer in Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, Kuala Lumpur in Case Studies on Secretarial Practice, Company Law, Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretarial Practice. He is also the co-author of “Companies Act 2016: The New Dynamics of Company Law in Malaysia” published by CLJ and regularly conducts training on secretarial practice, corporate governance and topics of compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
